St. Luke’s Youth Group –To help keep our operating expenses down we are asking if anyone has an extra-large tote to donate and two table tennis paddles. The purpose of establishing a youth group here at St. Luke´s is twofold. Firstly, to provide an opportunity for Christian education for our youth in grades six to eight. Secondly, it is for us as a church community to become active members of our local community. It is our hope that we can be an asset to help busy families in providing a program that offers supervised hands on help which will guide youth along right pathways and act as an avenue to introduce the standard beliefs of Christian faith. Having said all this, we are asking someone to volunteer and make a large mac and cheese casserole to feed 4-6 youth for Wednesday, September, 27.
